At Razash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- Returns: You have 14 days to notify us and another 14 days to return the item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Exceptions: Personalised items, intimate apparel (undergarments/swimwear), and perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is faulty.
